Refund Policy
We are unable to offer refunds on entry, as well as cancellations for our range of playground passes and gift cards.
All bookings and deposits are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

Birthday Parties & Private Venue Hire Policy
- $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking.
- $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private venue hire booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid on the day as you will be charged for; party account, drinks tab and any party extra’s.
- Party session times are for the party room. Please arrive 15 minutes before your party room booking and include this time on your invitations.
- All party bookings will require a minimum of 2 week’s notice. For late bookings please contact Just Kids Playcentre in person.
- Please ensure to book birthday parties as early as possible to ensure that the party room, date and time that you want are available.
- Invitations – you can use personal birthday invitations if you please. Otherwise, we offer digital invitations that are available with the premium and deluxe party packages.
- Cakes – You are required to bring your own birthday cake.
- Just Kids Playcentre staff will ensure to contact you the Tuesday or Wednesday prior to your party to confirm the following; number of children, platters, entertainment, etc. Adjustments can only be made up the Thursday, 12:00pm of that week of the party.
- Please be aware you will be charged for the number of confirmed children plus any additional children on the day. (if number of children is below the minimum of 8 children, you will be charged for 8 children).
- Bring your own catering and food is allowed for Private Venue Hire only, although there is a strict no alcohol policy, it is not to be brought into premises or else penalties apply.
- Booking Cancellation Requires One Week’s Notice
Private Hire Bookings – Please be aware that you are responsible for everything stated in the contract when reserving a private venue booking with Just Kids Playcentre & Cafe, by leaving a depoist you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Please advise us if any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or allergies, of if you have any other special needs.
15% Surcharge
Please be aware that a surcharge will be applied for entry, food, parties or events booked on public holidays.

Covid -19 Policy
Please read the following information to ensure that you and your family have the best experience possible while staying safe.
- Please wear a mask when physical distancing cannot be maintained to protect yourself and others.
- Please use our sanitiser stations and wash your hands regularly.
- The team at Just Kids Playcentre will dedicate time to cleaning and sanitising all play equipment to ensure the centre is disinfected between sessions, ready for fun!
- Limited capacity; due to restrictions, we have reduced daily capacity for safe distancing.
- Temperature checks for all who enter Just Kids Playcentre.
- We encourage contactless payments throughout the centre.

Please wear a mask to protect yourselves and others. Don't have a mask? Don't stress! We sell masks in store.

Covid -19 Booking Policy - Book with Confidence
With current levels of uncertainty within the community, we understand that our customers may be hesitant to plan future parties or events. We want to ensure that our customers can book their experience at Just Kids Playcentre knowing that they have the flexibility to move their booking if required due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future. All payments and deposits paid will be held in credit, as they can not be refunded. Just Kids Playcentre & Cafe Covid-19 Booking Policy will continue to be provided through relaxation of restrictions, subject to government restrictions
