Our policy ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Let’s dive into the details of our Birthday Parties & Private Venue Hire Policy so you can plan your event with confidence.

Reservation Deposits:

• • For Birthday Parties: To secure your birthday party booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.

• • For Private Venue Hire: If you’re reserving a private venue, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is necessary to confirm your booking.

Payment Structure:

The remaining balance can be settled on the day of your event. You will be charged for the following:

• • Party account

• • Drinks tab

• • Any additional party extras

Arrival Time:

Party session times apply to the party room. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your party room booking. Please include this additional time in your invitations to ensure a smooth start to your celebration.

Advance Notice:

All party bookings require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. For last-minute bookings, please feel free to contact Just Kids Playcentre in person. To secure your preferred party room, date, and time, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Invitations:

You have the option to use your personalized birthday invitations. Alternatively, we offer digital invitations with our premium and deluxe party packages. Choose the option that suits your style and convenience.

Cakes:

You are responsible for bringing your birthday cake. Feel free to get creative and make it as special as the occasion demands.

Confirmation Process:

Our dedicated Just Kids Playcentre staff will reach out to you on the Tuesday or Wednesday before your party. We’ll confirm essential details such as the number of children, platters, entertainment, and more. Adjustments can be made up until Thursday at 12:00 pm of the party week.

Charges for Confirmed Guests:

Please be aware that you will be charged for the number of confirmed children, plus any additional children present on the day. If the number of children falls below the minimum of 8 children, you will still be charged for 8 children.

Private Venue Hire Policy:

For private venue hire bookings, it’s essential to understand that you are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions stated in the contract. By leaving a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Special Dietary Requirements:

The well-being of your guests is our priority. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergies that your guests may have. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

No Alcohol Policy:

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we have a strict no-alcohol policy. Alcohol is not permitted on our premises, and penalties apply if this policy is violated.
